Due to the nature of the business being by appointment, we can not fill appointments last minute and therefore require a 24 hour period for changing bookings, rescheduling or cancelling.
As we require 24 hours notice for changes to bookings, clients that fail to show up to their appointments will be liable for 50% of the treatment value. We always contact our clients to ensure we can rebook you, and the no show fee must be settled prior to the next appointment.
We ask that you speak to a receptionist or your therapist if you need to bring your child to your appointment due to our Health and Safety policy we have in place in our clinic.
If you are sick, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible and reschedule your appointment with us so as not to put your therapist and other clients at risk.
