Do I need to book?
Yes- especially for late nights and weekends. These get booked out weeks in advance.
We do run a cancellation list, but we recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time.
If you’re running late, we may need to adjust your treatment time to avoid overlapping with the next client.
What happens if I'm running late?
We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but depending on how late you are, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
We value every client’s time (including yours), so please let us know as soon as possible.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, out of fairness to other clients and our staff.
Can I redeem my gift voucher for cash?
No, vouchers are not redeemable for cash and non-refundable, and they can only be used for treatments or products.

Do I need a skin consultation before my first treatment?
For most advanced treatments, yes. It helps us properly assess your skin and make sure we’re choosing the right treatment- not just what’s popular or generic.
Are memberships worth it if I don’t have “bad” skin?
Absolutely. Our memberships are designed for skin maintenance, not just correction. It’s how we keep skin strong, balanced, and protected long-term.
Can I come in if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes! We have options that are completely safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Just let us know at the time of booking so we can tailor your treatment.
Do you treat darker skin tones?
ALWAYS- and with care. We understand the complexities of melanin-rich skin and use safe, targeted methods that avoid damage or post-inflammatory pigmentation.
